What makes Carpe Diem Travel different is that we were created from the outset to arrange journeys that give visitors a true understanding of the country and at the same time generate direct and tangible benefits for local communities.
The founders of Carpe Diem Travel, Debbie Watkins and Marc Lansu, met in 2001 while working voluntarily for local organisations. Both were taking year-long breaks from their corporate careers to travel the world.
